Neuro Linguistic Programming, also known as NLP, comprises of strategies based on exploring how the mind works and what effect our thoughts have on our body. It explores the language we use to make sense of our experiences. It explores thoughts and behaviour that either help us or hinder us.

The techniques used in NLP are non intrusive. The aim is to help people understand that the way they think has an effect on their moods. If you are a positive person by nature, you will be able to talk yourself out of a state you do not wish to be in. But if you are a negative thinker and a worrier, you will find it more difficult to get out of that state.

Using NLP can help you to make dramatic changes. Once you realise that you can learn to control your brain, you begin to experience that you can take control of your life. That feeling can be very powerful as it makes you physically more energised and it makes you feel more relaxed and positive.

Anybody can benefit from learning NLP strategies. I specialise in all forms of anxiety and panic attacks, fears and worries, depression, lack of confidence and self esteem, stress, relationship problems plus work-related problems.
How many sessions would I need?

Usually up to 6 sessions in 3 or 4 weekly intervals. Sessions are written down and sent to you, accompanied by the home work you need to do until the next session. Practice makes perfect! Each session lasts an hour and costs £30.
